I'm especially leery of the "quick question".<BR/><BR/>Just today, a Manager came in my office with a "quick question" and asked, " is it was OK for an employee to talk about their home business at lunch with others".<BR/><BR/>He wanted a yes/no answer but the flashing red "proceed with caution" lights in my brain told me to tred lightly.<BR/><BR/>I won't bore you with the details, but suffice it to say, loaded questions, if not answered carefully and with the proper background info, can come back to bite you in the paw!Andreshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08172239229748835291noreply@blogger.com
